Ok so this is more like traditional Indian cuisine (thanks to Keshav for sharing this one with me!) and yes that is effectively donuts in syrup and icecream!
Spaghetti, chicken, twas absolutely gorgeous in a lovely Italian Restaurant.
Butter naan, chicken curry, aloo gobi and some sort rice - gorgeous.
Room service - club sandwich.
